Cuties!

Two of the cute kiddos that came to my last shower.

I can't believe how big Baby Moses is getting!! The last time I took pictures of him he was a month old.

I loved little Miss A in her pigtails!

Could they be much sweeter???

Davis Shower

Shower season has come to an end for me... finally! Three showers over the past 5 months have given us a good start on housewares for red door. Richie has his tool party next Saturday and then we will be done with the parties until the wedding. Now we have to get started with the thank you notes!

Saturday Shower

Shower #2 was a complete success. Lots of family and lots of cool new stuff!

The lighting was a little funky inside so all of the gift opening pictures have a pink cast to them. Gotta love stained glass windows.

Yay! Picture frames!

What do you do in your spare time?

I'm sure whatever it is, it's much more fun than what I have been doing. I feel like I write thank you notes for a living! I don't mean this to sound in any way like complaining or like I'm un-greatfull, because I am happy that I have such generous friends. It just seems like all I do in my spare time is write thank you notes. I have written 25 since last Saturday. So many that I used all of the ones I had at home and an entire pack that I bought last time I went shopping. I still have more to go and this is only shower 1 of 3!!

Richie says I should use all of my wedding shower thank you's as practice for the ones I will be writing in October. He gets off easy, all he has to do is sign his name!

Introducing...

Mr. and Mrs. Micah Buttler...

Our wedding is the next. I can't wait!

P.S: On a side note (that made me really happy) the photographer that was hired saw Richie taking pictures with my camera and started asking him about it. He said that we were getting some really great shots. That just made my day. A real photographer, with professional equipment, telling us that he liked our pictures. Hooray!

First Post

I have always wondered if I would keep up with something like this. I guess the only way to find out is to try it. I love looking at everyone else's photos so I thought I would post some of my own.

We went to a wedding last weekend. It seems like that has become a hobby of ours since we have been invited to so many. Only one more this year!

I would like to introduce you to Mr. and Mrs. McMannis.

The lighting in the church was terrible. The reflections from the light passing through the stained glass made for interesting colors! I forgot to pack my extra batteries for my flash so we had to get some new ones between the ceremony and the reception.

I loved how they brought in the colors with the flowers. The fall shades looked awesome with all the white and black.

I thought these were really cute. They named each table after a place that was special for the two of them. It was really fun to walk around and read all of the little cards.

Take care,
Stephanie
