Happy Birthday Kayla!!

16 is kinda a big deal... so a surprise party was in order. She was pretty surprised. So surprised that she almost fell back out the door when we all yelled surprise!

Mallory was in the middle of everything... I think perhaps she remembers the present opening from Christmas.

Last weekend we were booked full of parties... this is the first one we went to on Saturday. Lots of boys = a ton of noise!

Somebody is excited to go buy some new video games.

Stef & Mike planned a surprise party since Dan's birthday is next week and it has been a year since his accident at work.

Friends and family + catered dinner + red velvet cake = an amazing party!

Hot Wings!!

Last Saturday we drove all the way to PA to get some wings at Quaker Steak. We have the same restaurant on the Strip but the service isn't so great and the atmosphere is better at the original. Richie's mom told us she wanted to go for her birthday and we decided to make a day out of it. The wings were excellent. We even took a bucket home. Of course I liked the ones Richie picked more than the ones I ordered but that's how it always goes.

The benefits of being the one with the camera meant that I didn't have to stick my head in this silly sign.

I was really excited to see the sign fot New York City, even if it was 390 miles away. It took me about 3 tries to get this picture. Every time I would put my camera away we would see a sign that said NYC. Everybody in the car was looking for a sign that said New York. I finally got smart and left my camera on my lap.

These pictures are almost two weeks old and I am just getting around to posting them. I think I would like to say that is because I am so busy but I think it might be because I am so lazy... not too sure.
Anyway, here are some from the latest birthday party. I had to turn the last two black and white to hide the sloppy joe that was on their faces. I think I will start bringing a washcloth as standard equipment when I go to the Walker house.
