The Noodle

I think the best toy at the beach was the water trampoline and "the noodle". Not only was it fun to jump it was even more fun to watch people try and make it to the end of the noodle without falling.

Toria thought it would be safer to scoot out to the end rather than run.

Nicholas made it a couple of steps before slipping off the side.

Jacob didn't make it very far either.

PawPaw had to show the kids how it was done... He made it almost to the end.

Just keep swimming...

On Saturday we went to watch Nicholas swim in the league swim meet. This was only the 2nd swim meet we have ever gone to and I must admit that I have a new respect for sports photographers. The Nat has terrible lighting and of course he was swimming in the last lane which was the farthest from us! Of course he swam in the first and last events so we had to stay the whole time! Everyone starts looking the same after a while in swim trunks and goggles.
