Project Life 2014: Week 4

Wednesday: Gracie likes to share our dessert after dinner. She says "bite of daddy's" then ""bite of mommy's" until we tell her no more.

Thursday: Handy was working on a craft on the floor so of course he needed a helper.

Friday: Ella is obsessed with chapstick. I thought we had it all picked up but she found these in my nightstand and opened them. When I found her and asked what she was doing she said "uh-oh".

 Saturday: Got snow? We do!

Sunday: Fun in the snow! Gracie loved being pulled around in her sled and cried when we went inside. We couldn't make a snow man but did make snow ice cream.

Monday: Punky must have thought the girl's play tent was a new pup tent for him. He went in and decided to lay down.

Tuesday: Yikes! I thought it was cold a few weeks ago. Wind chill was -24.

Project Life 2014: Week 3

Wednesday: Coloring has become a daily activity around here. We got out the color wonder pages for the first time. Gracie thought she was a big deal using markers.

Thursday: The Project Life binder for 2014 is ready to go! It took me longer to set it up because I only had nap times to work with. Little hands like colored cards.

Friday: The Big Girl wanted to be a helper at the store packing groceries.

Saturday: We went to Johnny's Bakery for donuts. This Elmo cookie had to come home with us.

Sunday: Happy Birthday Pappy!

Monday: We went to visit baby Brennan. Ella was very gentle with him and had fun playing with all of Arya's puppy toys.

Tuesday: Another snow day = making banana bread muffins. Someone likes to watch things bake.

Project Life 2014: Week 2

Wednesday: Gracie loves her iPad time. We got her a new ABC app so she can practice them. She likes to watch Daniel Tiger on the PBS Kids page too.

Thursday: Baby boot prints in the snow! Our big girl wants to walk from my car to the front door when we get home. She finds any snow/water/mud/leaves to stomp through on her way there.

Friday: That's one way to get to the laundry in the bottom of the basket. Now if she would only fold them and put them away. Ha!

Saturday: We went to watch Gabby at the NBC Cheer competition. We had never gone to any cheer competitions and it was pretty fun. Gabby's varsity and competition teams won first place.

Sunday: These girls wore matching gray sweaters to church... of course we needed a picture.

Monday: Someone likes shrimp and peas. She ate all of hers and half of mine! There was nothing left over for lunches the next day. Handy and I were still hungry so we went to Dairy Queen for Blizzards. Of course we had to share those with the Girly too.

Tuesday: Time to use the new crock pot! This one is so much bigger than the old one it looked almost empty when we put the chicken it. I was afraid it would burn cooking all day but it was fine.

Project Life 2014: Week 1

Wednesday: Ella Grace has some big news!

Thursday: We had our first snow storm since Handy bought a snow blower. It was much faster than shoveling the sidewalk and driveway.

Friday: The Girly was telling me her shoes were too tight so we went shopping for some new ones. She had a meltdown while picking these ones out but seemed to do pretty well running around the store in them. They are a size big so hopefully they will last for awhile.

Saturday: Christmas with Grandma and Poppy. Ella was a present pro by this point but she got distracted when they blew up this horse bouncy.

Sunday: Ella Grace is 21 months old!

Stats: Size 18-24 month clothes, size 4 diaper, size 5-6 shoes.

Favorites: coloring, watching Nick Jr (Bubble Guppies, Dora, Fresh Beat Band, Team Umizoomi), talking on the phone, chasing Bevo with her doll stroller, fruit snacks, playing with the iPad.

Monday: Handy and I upgraded our cell phones. We didn't know what to get each other for Christmas so we decided to get new phones.

Tuesday: We used our last snow day of the year for that -9.7 degree temperature. Hopefully we aren't still going to school in July!
